1. Shipping Coverage:

  • Sultanate of Oman: Delivery is available across all governorates and wilayats (Muscat, Al Batinah, Al Dakhiliyah, Dhofar, Ash Sharqiyah, Ad Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Musandam, and Al Wusta).

  • GCC Countries: International shipping is available to all Gulf Cooperation Council nations (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain).

2. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Muscat: Delivered within 48 to 72 business hours.

  • Outside Muscat (Other Governorates & Wilayats): Delivery takes between 2 to 4 business days.

  • GCC Countries: International transit takes 4 to 7 business days (delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs clearance procedures).

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping and delivery costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout page prior to final payment, based on the specified delivery address.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotional periods and exclusive brand campaigns.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation via text message (SMS) or email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

5. Shipment Inspection upon Delivery:

  • We highly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. In the rare event of outer packaging damage or a discrepancy, please activate your ROVANTI Golden Warranty and contact our support immediately at rovantiom@gmail.com so we can arrange a swift replacement at zero additional cost to you.
